Introduction

Tracr ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our handwriting practice application.

Information We DO NOT Collect

Tracr does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, including but not limited to:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device information
• Handwriting samples or practice data
• Saved guides or worksheets
• Accuracy scores or performance metrics

Local Data Storage

All data created in Tracr is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms:

• Practice Drawings: Stored locally using iOS file system
• Saved Guides: Stored in your device's Documents directory
• User Preferences: Stored locally using UserDefaults
• Exported PDFs: Saved to your device's local storage

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it (via AirDrop, email, etc.).

Third-Party Services

Tracr does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. We do not use:

• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Crash reporting services
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Cloud storage services

Permissions

Tracr may request the following iOS permissions:

• Photo Library Access: Only used when you choose to save practice sheets to Photos. This is optional and only activated when you use the save feature.
• File Access: Only used when you choose to export or import guide files. No automatic file scanning occurs.

Data Sharing

You have complete control over sharing your data. Tracr only shares data when you explicitly choose to:

• Export a PDF worksheet (you choose where to save/share it)
• Share a guide pack file (you control the recipient)
• Save an image to Photos (you initiate the action)

We never automatically upload, sync, or transmit your data to any server.

Children's Privacy

Tracr is designed to be safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requirements. Parents can safely allow their children to use Tracr without concern about data collection.

Data Security

Since all data remains on your device, your data security depends on your device's security measures:

• Use device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
• Keep iOS updated to the latest version
• Use iCloud backup if you want to preserve your guides

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete specific guides: Use the "Clear All Saved Guides" option in the app
• Delete all app data: Delete the Tracr app from your device
• Clear practice history: Use the "Clear Trace" button

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of Tracr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our servers. All data management happens directly on your device through the app interface.

International Users

Tracr is available worldwide. Since no data is transmitted from your device, there are no international data transfer concerns. All data processing occurs locally on your device, regardless of your location.
